I am going to be giving birth in the Lutheran General Hospital through their midwives birthing center. I want to have a vaginal delivery. This is my second baby and first time around I did have a vaginal delivery but my baby was almost 10lbs so I had a lot of tear, and postpartum hemorrhage. Although i did recover pretty quickly, I want to avoid having a lot of tearing.

I plan on giving birth at the CDH Hospital. I don’t know what my budget is at this time. My birth plan is a successful VBAC birth since my first baby was breech.

May consider other services as well 3) VBAC, avoid c-section (very traumatic), open to all pain relief options but want epidural to be the last resort, open to medical interventions if other suggestions (walking, taking a shower, peanut ball, or different laboring positions) don't work

I am a trans woman planning a labor simulation experience at home for personal gender identity reasons using medical-grade EMS equipment to simulate contractions over approximately 17 hours. I am looking for a gender-affirming doula willing to provide virtual support including breathing coaching, position guidance, and safety monitoring during the simulation.
