My name is Trinity. I’m currently planning on birthing at Lovelace. I am looking for a Doula covered through Tricare. My birth plan has not been created or discussed yet.

I am looking for information about midwives and doulas for hospital birth or birthing center. I am on Medicaid. I want still developing my birth plan, I would like someone to educate me and help me develop a natural leaning birth plan.

I plan on having a home birth in Lander, Wy. I'm looking for visual appointments leading up to the due date, and then a midwife for the delivery to preform stiches and newborn care. My budget is open, however I prefer it to be closer to $3k then $5k out of pocket costs. I have Bluecross Bluesheild Insurance.

Hi there! I am nearing the birth of my 3rd baby, but this would be my first planned unmedicated birth and I am really considering a doula for additional support and techniques as I am very anxious about my first unmedicated birth. I would love any additional information for what you provide.

I want to do it in a calm setting and I would like an affordable price. Birth Plan Environment & Labor Preferences: I would like a calm and relaxed environment with dim lighting. I prefer to move around freely during labor and try different pushing positions. I do not want coached or forced pushing and would like to follow my body’s natural urges. I would also like to eat and drink freely during labor. Medical Preferences: I prefer limited cervical checks and would like to avoid an epidural unless it becomes medically necessary. Delivery & Immediately After Birth: I would like delayed cord clamping until the cord turns white. I want immediate skin-to-skin contact after birth. Newborn Care: I prefer that the baby is gently wiped off instead of bathed right away, and I do not want a bath during the hospital stay. I do not want the Hep B vaccine given at birth. Feeding & Bonding: I plan to breastfeed and would like support with breastfeeding. I prefer that my baby stays in the room with me at all times (no nursery). Support People: I would like my husband and my mother present for support. I would like my husband to cut the umbilical cord

I plan to give birth at the hospital, I want to try and have a unmedicated birth but if the pains too much I want to go over options, no epidural, I want to be able to give birth other then on my back, I want to extend cord clamping until it’s white, I don’t want the baby to leave the room if he doesn’t have too and my partner will be there with him if he has too leave the room, I don’t want my placenta yanked out,

Hi there, My name is Hannah, and I’m currently 31 weeks pregnant and seeking a birth (+/- postpartum) doula for my upcoming TOLAC at Christus in Santa Fe with the midwives. A bit of background: my first birth in San Diego ended in a traumatic emergency c-section. This is my second, and I’m preparing for what I hope to be a redemptive VBAC with this pregnancy. I had a doula with my first and found her support invaluable. For this time around, I’m specifically looking for someone who: Is trauma-informed or trauma-sensitive. I’m very modest by nature and want support in maintaining boundaries during labor (physically and medically, with staff). I would also love someone to help guide my husband so he can best support me—especially as I’m hoping to labor without medication if possible, as I tried last time (and our doula was exceptional at helping him to help me!). I went 24 hours last time but ultimately had severe back labor and got the epidural (after which came more cascade of interventions...). Has experience with movement-based or hands-on techniques. I respond extremely well to bodywork, massage, and hands-on techniques for pain control and grounding during labor. My first baby was acynclitic and malpositioned, so I’d especially appreciate someone with Spinning Babies and/or rebozo (or other type of training to achieve optimal baby positioning). It is not a must, but would be a huge bonus. My estimated due date is January 13th. If you have availability, I’d love to learn more about your approach and services, as well as your fee structure. Planned VBAC at hospital in Moses Lake. Unmedicated is ideal, as little medical intervention as possible. Have worked with a doula for my previous two pregnancies, but she is no longer available.
