I plan to give birth at BSA. I am looking for a doula covered by tricare and who takes tricare. I currently do not have a birth plan and I am looking forward to making one with my doula.

I plan to give birth at home, we will need help with Birth registration. I plan to give birth here at home in my bath tub, I have quick easy births and transferring to the hospital has always been a hassle and unenjoyable. I will probably deliver end of March (24- April 7th) my girls are usually about 6lbs. This is my 3rd girl!

Planning on having a hospital birth. The current birth plan is a c-section due to prior spinal surgeries the mother has had. The only people present in the hospital room will be the mother, husband, doula, doctors, and nurses pre-birth and during. We would prefer if the provider has certifications and at least 3 years of experience. We do not require any additional languages other than English. The mother is classified as advanced maternal age. Parental education and preparation would be preferred. Estimated budget is $1000 - $1600 per month in costs.

We are looking for a birth doula to accompany us with our second baby. 1st baby came into this world at home with no medical interventions and was not a water birth. Birth plan would look the same now, although we are also open to water birth. Budget under 1000 CAD. Looking for support for my labour and delivery. Someone who can accommodate my needs and coach/assist me through this. I’m looking to have a minimal- no intervention water birth and would be important to have someone who is experienced in this. This is my second pregnancy; my last delivery was unmedicated (besides pitocin) delivered vaginally with no complications. I am set up to give birth at the hospital at this moment but if I did happen to find a midwife/doula I would be interested in a home birth if I had the right supports set up. My estimated budget would be 900-1200$ Here is my detailed birth plan so far if I do end up giving birth in the hospital. Birth plan: -Low lights, fairy lights electric candles set up sound healing music. -Breathe through contractions -No epidural, Water birth. Maybe laughing gas if pain is really bad. -Absolutely no being induced -Natural water rupture. -No membrane sweep. -Privacy minimal staff in room no students.(having students learn while in labour made me stressed and feel uneasy) -Intermittent monitoring not continuously monitoring. -Delay cord clamping 7-15 min. Cord is white -Are cervix checks necessary? Only checked if requested by me -Do I have to stay in hospital if I had no interventions? -Naturally birth placenta, no pitocin or cord traction. -Wait for my body to push on its own no forced pushing. -No fundal massage unless there excessive bleeding. -Vitamin k drops not injected.

I plan to give birth at UMC Hospital. I hope i can find a doula that is either covered by pregnancy medicaid or Walmart BCBS. I want to go for an all natural birth as much as possible and get tips about what I can do to prepare for it. I dont have a full birth plan but I want to give birth on all fours and with no pitocin. This is also my first child and I accept that I might want the epidural but i will decide when the day comes and what my pain level is. I also want only my doula and my husband in the room while giving birth. Delayed cord clamping.

I plan to give birth in Medicine Hat hospital. This with be my third time giving birth and after having complications with my first two births, I’m hoping to have someone there to advocate and speak up for me. I’m hoping to have minimal intervention from doctors/nurses - I believe being induced and frequent/unnecessary intervention (with my second which ended in emergency c-section) caused the complications. Being considered high risk now I feel like hospital staff will ignore my wants as they’ll feel they are doing what’s best. I am not totally sure about budget because I’m not sure what doulas usually cost!
