I plan to deliver at Stanford ValleyCare hospital in Pleasanton. This is my second pregnancy. My estimated budget is $3,000. Mostly looking for birthing support especially since I have anxiety that gets triggered when I don't have much control over a situation. I would like to labor for as long as possible without medication. For my first delivery I labored naturally until I was 8 cm dilated before I chose to get an epidural. I may need postpartum doula support, especially with breastfeeding, since it was a struggle the first time around. A night nanny may also be needed since I have mental health issues that become exacerbated with lack of sleep.

I am open to exploring a birth center as an option for birth or a hospital. Insurance should cover everything. I would love an unmedicated VBAC but am open to whatever needs to happen. I would love support through birth for me and my husband.
