About me
I am a certified full-spectrum doula and certified Childbirth Educator. Trained by Birth Advocacy Doula Trainings (BADT; F-CSD), I’ve served as a full-spectrum doula since 2018. My focus is on families and individuals who identify as BIPOC, LGBTQI+, formally/currently incarcerated, and individuals without strong support systems. I believe in holistic support, including evidence-based practices and ancestral practices to help you have the birth experience you deserve.
