About me

Hey there, my name is Hannah Servis. I am a certified birth & postpartum doula/childbirth & lactation educator in the Jackson, Mississippi area. My passion is helping women feel calm, informed, and fully supported throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I truly desire for women to see birth as a beautiful experience rather than something to be afraid of. As a mother of five with a wide range of birth experiences from hospital to homebirth, I understand how personal this journey is. My role is to provide steady, grounded support while helping you prepare mentally, emotionally, and physically for the kind of birth experience you desire. My approach is evidence-based and Christ-centered, creating a peaceful and supportive space for you to feel safe, heard, and empowered in your decisions. Sadly, Mississippi is known to be a very low income state. Because of this, I offer a sliding scale investment model for my birth doula services. This is solely based on an honor system, however, I do have a guide to help you see which investment may best fit you and your circumstances. I believe women should be able to receive support in birth no matter what tax bracket they are in. I also offer the ability to sponsor another woman's birth at no cost to them! My role is to walk alongside you with steady guidance, practical education, and compassionate support so you never feel like you have to navigate it alone. From creating a birth plan that reflects your values, to providing hands-on support during labor, to holding space for your recovery and transition into motherhood, each service is thoughtfully designed to meet you where you are. Rooted in a Christ-centered approach, my care creates a peaceful and supportive environment where you can feel safe, heard, and confident in your decisions throughout your entire journey.

Birth Doula - Sliding Scale $600-$2000
As a certified birth doula serving Jackson, Mississippi and surrounding areas, I provide holistic, evidence & faith-based support tailored to your unique birth experience. Whether you’re planning a hospital birth or a more natural approach, my role is to support you with calm, steady care every step of the way. I offer a sliding scale investment model called "The Circle of Care Model". This model is designed to make doula care more accessible, allowing families to choose a rate between $600–$2000 that aligns with their current financial situation while receiving the same level of compassionate, individualized support. Choosing the highest rate of $2000 includes a community care contribution that directly supports another mother receiving full doula care at no cost, helping expand access to birth and postpartum support in our community.

Postpartum Doula - Daytime Support
The postpartum period is one of the most important (and often most overlooked) parts of the motherhood journey. As a postpartum doula serving Jackson, Mississippi and surrounding areas, I provide hands-on, compassionate support to help you feel nurtured, confident, and supported as you transition into life with your baby. Includes: Newborn care support and hands-on guidance Feeding support and lactation education Emotional support and space to process your experience Guided birth story reflection and storytelling Gentle postpartum recovery support Help establishing routines that work for your family Light support so you can rest and recover (housework, laundry, meal planning/prepping, caring for baby while mom rests or showers, etc.) Referrals if needed *Must book a minimum of 3 hours

Birth Plan Creation
(Birth plan fee can be credited toward full birth doula package if booked within 3 weeks.) Feel confident and prepared going into your birth with a personalized, thoughtful birth plan. I’ll help you understand your options, clarify your preferences, and create a plan that reflects your values and goals. Includes: 120 minutes of one-on-one guided birth planning session (virtual or in-person) Discussion of your birth preferences, values, and concerns Education on common hospital procedures and options Support understanding pain management and comfort measures Review of labor positions and coping techniques Partner involvement guidance (how they can support you during labor) Creation of a personalized written birth plan Time for questions and clarification throughout the session One follow up revision or check in
