My name is Tatiana Vaiser, and I am a Certified Birth and Postpartum Doula, Registered Nurse (RN), and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), with over 20 years of experience supporting mothers, babies, and families. I provide in-person support throughout Massachusetts and virtual consultations across the United States. I deeply believe in the strength and wisdom of every woman and her ability to give birth with confidence when she feels informed, supported, and respected. My approach is gentle, holistic, and personalized, focusing on empowering women to make their own choices and trust their bodies. My goal is not only to support a positive birth experience but also to help families enter parenthood feeling confident, connected, and cared for. I offer support in English, Hebrew, and Russian.

I can’t recommend Tanya enough as a doula! She was incredibly supportive, caring, and attentive throughout my entire birth experience, going above and beyond to make sure I felt prepared, supported, and empowered. Tanya provided helpful exercises and tools to prepare me for labor, offered both physical and emotional support throughout the birthing process, and helped me navigate the different stages of labor. She also translated and explained things with the medical team so I could better understand what was happening. Most importantly, she helped me stay focused on my birth preferences and advocated for me when I needed it most. She has such a warm and calming presence while also being confident and assertive when necessary. I had a challenging labor without an epidural, and Tanya’s physical and mental support made such a huge difference in helping me get through it. She helped me feel stronger, more grounded, and more confident throughout the experience. I’m so grateful to have had her by my side during such a meaningful and intense experience. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate, and dedicated doula who will truly go above and beyond for you, I wholeheartedly recommend Tanya!

I cannot recommend Anat enough! She deserves 10 stars. I truly believe this is the best money I have ever spent . As a first time mom I knew I wanted a doula to help me with my delivery experience. I interviewed 8 doulas and Anat stood out from the crowd. She is so warm and knowledgeable. She has so much experience. I felt safe with her and I also felt immediately drawn to her warmth. Hiring her to be our doula was the best decision we ever made . She was there for me for every step of my pregnancy. When I went into labor she came to my house and made me a bath. She helped me labor in the bath and af home for 4 hours while easing my pain through physical and mental touch. At the hospital she literally turned the room into a spa . She had (fake) candles , calming music and massage tools . She help me manage through the pain by touching and massaging me . She also helped my husband by being more hands on during labor so he could rest and have energy when the baby arrived . I had an amazing experience birthing my daughter - and I owe that all to Anat. I recommend her to all my friends .
