Primary focus is a birth doula, but also interested in a night nanny. TBD on hospital, it will be in Henderson NV. My birth plan is to avoid unnecessary interventions, delayed cord clamping, immediate skin-to-skin. I plan to try labor without an epidural initially. Open to pain relief options if labor becomes too difficult. Also, prefer to push in positions other than flat on my back if possible.

I plan on giving birth in a hospital. Doula must be fully or mostly covered my Medicaid. My birth plan includes no epidural or Pitocin, optimal cord clamping. And at least an hour of skin to skin.(as of now that’s everything I’m open to suggestions) Provider must be knowledgeable and empathetic.

For additional duties, I am looking for support during labor and delivery as well as postpartum care. This includes assistance with the baby after birth, newborn care guidance, and general postpartum recovery support. Help with light tasks related to baby care would also be appreciated.
