Looking for help with our newborn over night. We don’t do the cry it out method and would love support to help build a solid sleep routine.

I’m a 21 year old mom of two under 2. My son is great and I have 50/50 custody with his father but I’m only needing help with my 2 month old daughter. I have ppd, and I was advised to seek a night nanny so i can try and get some actual sleep and get a break. I’m looking for someone to be at my parents home as having her her in my apartment will stress me out. A whole room with a crib and essentials will be provided. She is formula fed and has some reflux problems. Hoping to be able to have someone watch her 4 nights a week. Starting at 5pm-the next day around 11am as that is when my son will be up and ready. I would be picking her up and dropping her off. The reason I need something asap is because my husband left recently for the navy and will be gone for 5 more months and I’m all alonand need the break. Thank you!

My newborn girl is almost 3 weeks old and my husband and I are feeding her every 3 hours. We are struggling to get on a sleep schedule and would like additional Help at night. Some light cleaning of bottles would be helpful but that’s about it.

I am looking for an experienced postpartum doula or infant care specialist who can provide both hands-on support and guidance during the newborn phase. This includes assistance with feeding (breastfeeding support), soothing techniques, establishing sleep routines, understanding wake windows and fussiness, and general newborn care. We are looking for overnight help for our baby, Thomas, who is almost 4 weeks old. He was born at 36 weeks, 4 days and was 5lbs 5oz, so we were instructed to combo feed with breast milk and formula. He takes bottles most of the time and breastfeeds occasionally. Since he was a preemie, we are having trouble figuring out how much he should be eating, so in addition to helping with overnight care we are hoping to get some help with feeding patterns. We are interested in sleep training as well, and just cleaning up the bottle parts.

Movement during labor is very important to us, including walking, upright labor positions, and frequent position changes to support comfort and labor progress. We are looking for a doula who is comfortable providing early labor support at home, along with hands-on comfort measures, breathing and grounding techniques, and partner coaching. Advocacy is also important to us. We want support with communicating and upholding our birth preferences with hospital staff, as well as maintaining clear boundaries around who is present during labor, including support with limiting family presence in the birthing room. We value calm, evidence-informed guidance that prioritizes safety while supporting our goals.
