Hello, my name is Ileana. I have many years of experience caring for newborns, infants, and young children. One of the most rewarding experiences in my career was working as an overnight nanny for newborn twins, providing nighttime care, feeding, diaper changes, comforting the babies, and helping establish healthy sleep routines. I consider myself a loving, patient, responsible, trustworthy, and highly dedicated caregiver. My priority is to provide a safe, calm, and nurturing environment while respecting each family's values and parenting style. I enjoy working closely with parents to give their children the best possible care and to provide families with peace of mind, knowing their little ones are in experienced and caring hands. My greatest strength is caring for newborns and supporting families during the first months of their baby's life. I also have experience caring for newborn twins and supporting families during the first weeks and months after birth. My goal is to provide a safe, calm, and loving environment so parents can rest with confidence, knowing their baby is receiving attentive and experienced care. I speak Spanish and am committed to providing reliable, respectful, and compassionate care for every family.
