About me

Hi! I’m Jacey, a birth & postpartum doula passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based support to growing families. I believe every parent deserves to feel informed, respected, and empowered throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum journey. My faith guides the way I care for others, while my approach to birth is rooted in current evidence, informed consent, and supporting your choices without judgment. I am currently working toward my doula certification and am excited to serve families as I continue learning and growing in this calling. In addition to my doula training, I am BLS (Basic Life Support) certified, giving me an added foundation in emergency response. Whether you’re planning an unmedicated birth, an epidural, a cesarean birth, or you’re still figuring out what feels right for you, my goal is to be a calm, encouraging presence by your side. I would be honored to support you through one of life’s most meaningful moments.

I currently offer a Birth Support Package for $1,000, which includes two prenatal visits, unlimited text and phone support throughout your pregnancy, evidence-based education, birth planning and preference guidance, on-call availability beginning at 38 weeks, continuous labor and birth support, and one postpartum follow-up visit. I also offer virtual doula support, postpartum visits, and birth photography add-ons for families looking for additional personalized care.

Virtual Support Package

My Virtual Doula Support Package is perfect for families who want personalized guidance and encouragement from the comfort of home. This package includes virtual prenatal visits to discuss your birth preferences, evidence-based education, labor preparation, and postpartum planning, along with unlimited text and phone support throughout your pregnancy. Whether you have questions, need help navigating your options, or simply want reassurance, I’m here to provide compassionate, judgment-free support every step of the way. As a Christian doula, I strive to care for each family with grace, encouragement, and respect while helping you feel informed, confident, and empowered in your birth experience.

Night Nanny Care

My Night Nanny Care service is designed to help families get the rest they need while knowing their newborn is in caring hands. During overnight care, I provide attentive newborn care including feeding support (breastfed or bottle-fed), diaper changes, soothing, swaddling, safe sleep practices, and keeping track of feedings and diaper changes if desired. My goal is to create a peaceful overnight experience so parents can recover, recharge, and wake up feeling more rested and confident. As a Christian caregiver with BLS certification, I strive to provide compassionate, dependable, and evidence-based newborn care tailored to your family’s unique needs.

What is a doula?

A doula is a trained birth professional who provides emotional, physical, and informational support throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum. I am there to help you feel informed, confident, and supported while honoring your choices and birth preferences.

Are you a medical provider?

No. As a doula, I do not provide medical advice, diagnose, perform clinical tasks, or replace your healthcare team. My role is to support you, help you understand evidence-based information, encourage informed decision-making, and provide comfort measures throughout your experience.

What does “evidence-based support” mean?

I believe families deserve accurate, research-backed information so they can make decisions that align with their values. I support informed consent, respectful communication, and helping you feel confident in the choices you make for your birth.

Do you only support natural/unmedicated births?

Absolutely not! I support all types of births, including medicated births, inductions, and cesarean births. My goal is not a specific birth outcome — my goal is for you to feel informed, respected, and supported throughout your journey.

You’re a newer doula — why should I choose you?

While I am a newer doula entering this field, I bring a deep passion for supporting mothers, experience caring for children and families, continued education, and a genuine desire to serve families with compassion. Every family deserves to feel valued and supported, and I am committed to providing thoughtful, evidence-based care.
