I'm a mother and Certified Parent Coach working with parents to find effective tools and strategies for raising calm, confident, and resilient children. I've coached corporate leaders, stay-at-home parents, and new / expecting families. While I've worked in tech for over a decade, helping parents rediscover joy and connection within their families is what fills my heart. I'd be honored to work with you! Service introduction

My program is 6 sessions of weekly 1:1 coaching (with the option to renew, or to book 1 hour sessions as needed). We start by identifying your parenting challenges and intentions, then we uncover patterns and gain insights on your personal parenting journey, and finally, together, we create an effective, customized, and sustainable strategy that works for you. You will also get access to educational, science-based material from the Jai Institute for Parenting to help guide your journey.
