This is my first pregnacy, so I am looking for someone to help guide me through the process and labor.
doula present for birth, postpartum care, and lactation consultation
I plan to give birth at St Mary’s in Madison, WI. Hello, my therapist recommended I look into doula services as I am an anxious mom-to-be, that isn’t totally sure where to begin and wants to do the best I can for my baby. This is a rainbow pregnancy and I experienced the loss of my baby girl, Dahlia, last fall. I have BCBS insurance and am looking into benefits that I can possibly use. Thank you for your time.
Where do you plan to give birth (home/hospital)? Hospital - Meriter in Madison,Wi Provide your estimated budget - $1,000 Describe your birth plan - first born; open to epidural; but also want to create a faith based space with worship music, positive reinforcement and support from husband and would prefer not to give. Birth on my back. If c-section is necessary, I’m okay, but would prefer to try to stay out of a c-section as much as possible. Describe your requirements for the provider (certification, number of years experience, second language spoken) - Certification, and atleast 5 to 10 years of experience. Details about care recipients (Age, special needs, feeding, etc.) Recipent is 29 years old, this is my first pregnancy post TTC for 3 years. Include any additional duties (Sleep training, cleaning, cooking, laundry etc.) None at the moment
I would like to change to a home birth last minute. If a water birth is possible as well, that would be preferred. But I do not want to give birth in a hospital again.
I plan to give birth at Lakeland medical center. I would like a low intervention, unmedicated birth but feel like I need someone to advocate everything I want.
Currently 10 weeks pregnant and planning a home birth if we have a low risk pregnancy. Looking for a doula who is experienced in both home birth/hospital. This is my first pregnancy and will need help with pain management / first time pregnancy and advocacy as well advice
We need a Midwife to follow the end of the pregnancy at home making sure we go to the Hospital at the right time avoiding unnecessary interventions. Also, a Doula to support during the labor. We live in Crystal Lake and the Delivery is planned to be at the NorthWestern Lake Forest Hospital. All we want is to avoid unnecessary interventions, like induction, c-section etc. Guarantee a golden our if the baby and mommy don't have any issues, etc. No requirements for the professionals, as warm as better. We are from Brazil, this will be the first delivery in another country. My wife is 40 (41 in August 17th) Fist baby was born in Brazil through a C-Section due to low baby hart rate at 39 weeks and 6 days. (below 70beats/min). Fist baby also was Britch. first and last baby born 5 years ago on August 4th 2021. Even 41 years she is doing great. She is healthy and still working out about 3 times a week at Orange Theory. After birth a Lactant consultant that can apply the laser treatment would be interesting, it was very helpful with the first baby.
