Hi! and thank you for bringing your energy to my page. I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor and certified perinatal mental health professional practicing in the state of FL. Having been through my own birth trauma, I am very knowledgeable about all the feelings associated with things not going as planned both during pregnancy and after. I offer a safe space to be able to share those struggles and offer an opportunity for you to be able to connect to yourself and heal.
