I plan on giving birth at a hospital with my husband and a doula. My estate budget is $700-$1,300. This is my very first pregnancy so I hope that I am able to do many of the things that I am interested in. I definitely want a relaxed birthing experience. I can definitely get tense during stressful situations but essential oils, music and breathing exercises help tremendously. I do want pain meds for this experience as I don’t have a super high tolerance to pain and don’t know what to expect. I was to do delayed cord clamping and have my husband help with the birth and cut the cord.
