I am CAPPA-trained in postpartum doula care (CPD) and childbirth education (CCCE), and I specialize in overnight newborn care, infant sleep shaping, feeding support, and helping families navigate the fourth trimester with confidence. Before focusing my career on postpartum and newborn care, I worked as a professional nanny, early childhood educator, and household manager. I provide personalized daytime and overnight postpartum doula care, newborn care, and pediatric sleep consulting. My services include intentional sleep shaping, breastfeeding and bottle-feeding support, maternal recovery, light meal preparation, and hands-on newborn and parent education. I also offer postpartum planning and personalized sleep consultations. My approach focuses on nurturing the entire family through compassionate, judgment-free care, education, and practical support.
