My postpartum overnight doula services provide compassionate, hands-on support for both baby and family. I can assist with overnight newborn care, feeding support, diaper changes, soothing, settling, and light baby related tasks while helping parents get the restorative sleep they need.

Postpartum RESTORE Program

Postpartum depletion is real. I offer a postpartum coaching support program designed for mothers who are doing their best but feel overwhelmed by everything that comes with life after having a baby. This is different from postpartum Doula support and different from therapy, coaching gives you a dedicated space to step back. Identify what is creating the most stress and develop practical strategies for things like managing the mental load communicating your needs creating boundaries building your support system and creating routines that actually work for your life. Over 6 weeks we work together to create a personalized postpartum plan, so you don’t feel like you’re constantly reacting to everyone else’s needs and forgetting about your own. The goal isn’t simply to have six conversations. The goal is for you to finish the six weeks with practical systems and a plan you can continue using after our coaching ends. During the six weeks will work together through six key areas. 1. What overwhelming you right now 2. Your expectations, identity and capacity 3. Building a support system and learning how to ask for help 4. Communication with your partner and family 5. Creating a realistic routine 6. Putting everything together in a personalized 30 day plan so you can continue the progress long after coaching ends. 7. RESTORE

In my opinion you can’t choose anyone better Anne! Her introduction statement isn’t just something she wrote she truly practices what she preaches! After having both my girls she constantly checked in on us and not just the babies but checking on my needs as well! Things that I’ve never felt or experienced before or may have been to scared to say out loud she brought ease to me over them! First time mom or not I truly don’t think there’s anyone better to support you or your baby! My girls absolutely adore Anne! Thank you for the love and advice<3

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Anne Marie. I was lucky enough to find Anne Marie when I was in need of an interim nanny for our newborn. Turns out, I needed her much more often than expected. She was always willing to come help me with overnight care even with a short 24 hour notice and for that I am beyond thankful! She is so knowledgeable about newborn care and the postpartum stage for women, and I feel at ease every time I talk with her! She is amazing with our newborn son. She types up detailed notes to let us know how his night went, and she is always extremely professional.
