About me

Doula Self-Introduction Hi, I’m Anne Marie, and I’m passionate about supporting mothers and families through the beautiful, emotional, and sometimes overwhelming transition into parenthood. As a doula, my approach is warm, compassionate, and family-centered. I believe every mother deserves to feel heard, respected, informed, and supported—without judgment. I’m there to provide practical support, encouragement, education, and a calm presence while helping families build confidence in their own instincts. My goal is to help make the postpartum experience feel a little less overwhelming and a lot more supported. Whether that means caring for the baby, supporting the mother’s recovery, helping with overnight needs, preparing meals, or simply being a reassuring presence, I’m honored to walk alongside families during this important season. I look forward to getting to know each family, understanding their unique needs, and creating a supportive environment where everyone can rest, recover, and adjust to this new chapter.

Postpartum Overnight Doula Services Rest, recover, and feel supported through the night. My postpartum overnight doula services provide compassionate, hands-on support for both baby and family. I can assist with overnight newborn care, feeding support, diaper changes, soothing, settling, and light baby-related tasks—while helping parents get the restorative sleep they need. My goal is to create a calm, nurturing nighttime environment so you can wake up feeling more rested, confident, and supported as you adjust to life with your new baby.
