My goal is to help you to make mindful choices, and to have a happier, more empowered and satisfying life. I specialize in college students/young adults through middle-adulthood, and in anxiety, depression, eating disorders, relationships, infertility/parenthood, and life transitions. I provide both psychotherapy and career counseling. I also utilize biofeedback, techniques which teach you to control core physical functions to better manage your body’s stress response. This is particularly helpful for individuals facing anxiety and panic, or in high-stress, performance oriented situations. I am actively affirming and welcoming to individuals of all gender identities, ethnicities, sexual orientations and religions, and have experience helping individuals from religious backgrounds navigate the intersection of their faith and LGBTQIA+ identities.
