My due date is in just over a week, April 23rd, 2025. I will be giving birth at Capital Region in Jefferson City, Missouri. My insurance, Homestate Health, has agreed to pay for services as long as the doula is willing exchange information for billing purposes.

I plan to give birth at a hospital. I don’t have an estimated budget. I am going to ask family for help as a baby shower gift as I live across the country from everyone and don’t have much support here. My birth plan is to have an epidural. I’m more so looking for help after the baby is born and probably more so night time.
