Hi, I’m Jordynn, a birth doula serving families in the Central Valley. I’m passionate about helping parents feel informed, supported, and confident throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum transition. As a mother myself, I understand how personal and transformative the birth experience can be, and I believe every family deserves compassionate, judgment-free support and the space to make the choices that feel right for them. My approach is calm, encouraging, and deeply supportive. I love helping families understand their options, prepare for birth, and feel empowered to advocate for themselves. Whether you’re planning a hospital birth, birth center birth, or home birth, my goal is to help you feel heard, respected, and supported every step of the way. When I’m not supporting families, I’m usually spending time with my husband and our three little ones.

Birth Doula services

My birth doula services include two personalized prenatal appointments where we’ll get to know each other, discuss your birth preferences, prepare for labor, and practice comfort measures and coping techniques. I’ll be on call for you beginning at 37 weeks and will join you in person when you’re ready for continuous labor and birth support. I’ll remain with you throughout labor and birth, providing physical, emotional, and informational support. I also include a postpartum follow-up to check in, debrief your birth, and make sure you feel supported as you transition into life with your new baby.

When should I hire a doula?

You can reach out at any point during pregnancy! Many families choose to hire a doula during the second or third trimester so there is plenty of time to get to know each other and prepare for birth, but it’s never too late to ask about availability.

When will you join me during labor?

I am available to support you by phone and text when labor begins. We’ll stay in communication throughout early labor, and I’ll join you in person when the time is right based on your individual circumstances and needs.

Do you accept insurance?

I am in the process of becoming available for insurance-covered doula services. Please reach out for the most current information regarding insurance coverage and eligibility.
