About me

Hi, I’m Jordynn, a birth doula serving families in the Central Valley. I’m passionate about helping parents feel informed, supported, and confident throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum transition. As a mother myself, I understand how personal and transformative the birth experience can be, and I believe every family deserves compassionate, judgment-free support and the space to make the choices that feel right for them. My approach is calm, encouraging, and deeply supportive. I love helping families understand their options, prepare for birth, and feel empowered to advocate for themselves. Whether you’re planning a hospital birth, birth center birth, or home birth, my goal is to help you feel heard, respected, and supported every step of the way. When I’m not supporting families, I’m usually spending time with my husband and our three little ones.

Service introduction

My birth doula services include two personalized prenatal appointments where we’ll get to know each other, discuss your birth preferences, prepare for labor, and practice comfort measures and coping techniques. I’ll be on call for you beginning at 37 weeks and will join you in person when you’re ready for continuous labor and birth support. I’ll remain with you throughout labor and birth, providing physical, emotional, and informational support. I also include a postpartum follow-up to check in, debrief your birth, and make sure you feel supported as you transition into life with your new baby.
