Providing support during pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period.

Birth Support
On-call support starting at 38 weeks. Present for the duration of your labour, providing emotional support, relaxation techniques, and an extra set of hands :) Includes a home or hospital visit at 3 days postpartum and 1 week postpartum.

Postpartum Support
Happy to do home or hospital visits. Support with feeding, newborn care, and easing the transition of bringing a baby home. Both daytime and overnight care available.
