Plan to give birth at a hospital. Still exploring differences between midwife and Doula. Don’t have a birth plan established yet. Loves to have providers that are of the Christian faith
Hospital- OPR Unsure on pricing. Would like to be as natural as possible but also have idiopathic Intracranial hypertension. All depends on my condition at the time of delivery.
Planning on having a hospital birth but wanting to work with a midwife as well. We have insurance so not sure what estimated budget is yet. I'm not sure of what birth plan options are yet. I want to be healthy & baby be healthy. I want to work with my body and not against it/forcefully if I'm not ready. I want to be informed of all of my options and educated on areas that would be helpful to me and my husband.
I plan to give birth at MU low intervention birthing center. I would like to try for an unmedicated birth. This is our first child so I’m not sure what to expect. I’m not sure the average price of doulas either.

I plan on an unmedicated vbac birth in Salina’s hospital, I will need to be able to use my insurance as payment, I would like it to be intermittent monitoring, no pain meds or any meds to push labor along id like to do it as naturally as possible, I want to wait till the cords completely white to clamp and cut, I would like to have my golden hour with my baby, I do not want baby cleaned off or bathed after birth. I just want a peaceful, bonding, birth.
First time mom at 39. Was a complete surprise as I wasn’t sure i could have children. We plan to give birth at Bryan East in Lincoln Ne. I need all the help and suggestions possible. I have high anxiety and pretty nervous about the birth. I know I want a calm setting so whatever can be done to help with that. What I do know is I want an epidural, my boyfriend and mom in the delivery room with me. I working on getting Medicaid. Thank you ❤️
Doula to help with my wants and needs during delivery
I had a very traumatic first birth 16 months ago and I would like to go all natural with this baby. I had retained placenta they put in the epidural 6 times before they got it on the 7th try. I had to have a dnc and a unit of blood 5 days postpartum. My iron was low for at least 4 months after birth making it hard to do anything. I plan to give birth at Pella region health center Does insurance cover? My birth plan is all natural and minimal tearing
Hello! I am just starting a search for a doula. I’m 39, this will be my first baby, brought to us by IVF. I live in Ankeny, I need to choose between delivering at Mercy West or Methodist West. I got in at Iowa Clinic so that’s where I’m going for OB. I would like to deliver vaginally, but I respect medical opinions. I just also want support to advocate for myself. I’m looking for help planning and preparing for birth. I also had a breast reduction at 18, so I am unsure whether I will be able to breastfeed and how much.
Looking for help and education for an unmedicated birth. Would like to be in a birthing center.
1. This my second child but my partner’s first even though we live in Springdale, we are planning on giving birth at Mercy Hospital in Rogers 2. Don’t really have a budget just starting 1000.Hopefully it can stay under that 3. haven’t really discussed a birth plan, hoping to have some more help with that. Just know that we want a C-section birth if we cannot have a vagina birth.

I want a dula because I need someone to educate me and my husband on pregnancy, labor, and after birth. I need someone to stand by me who knows the laws of the hospital just in case something were to happen and I have to give birth in the hospital but my goal now is to have my baby at home with my midwife and dula I hire.
