Hi, I’m Kass, a birth and postpartum doula and somatic practitioner. I support moms through pregnancy, birth, and the ongoing postpartum period prioritizing safety from the nervous system. My work centers softness, safety, and integration, with the belief that when families are truly supported, they lay the foundation for strong, thriving beginnings. When I’m not doula-ing I am going to the beach with my family or getting into a good book or new recipe.

Birth Services

My prenatal appointments will include reflective conversations about fears and desires for birth. I will help you and your partner prepare for an empowering, intimate experience, as well as a nourishing and blissful postpartum. With this package, you can expect: Initial Consultation (2) 1 Hour In-Person Prenatal Visits (1) 1 Hour In-Person Postpartum Support Visits Full Birth Attendance, On-Call from 37-42 Weeks Phone and Text Support for Pregnancy and Postpartum

Postpartum Support

I offer daytime or overnight postpartum care. My approach is holistic through supporting your body with nutritious food and sips, holding and caring for baby so you can rest and shower, emotional, spiritual, and somatic support at each visit, fill-in practical care such as rotating laundry, cleaning dishes, sibling care, etc., ongoing voice note guidance for in-between support, and small meal, tea or self-care prep for each visit.

$65 USD · Per hour

What to expect

As your doula, we meet twice before birth to go over birth plans, comfort measures, and nervous system resilience so you know how to work with your body instead of against it. I ground all of the information down so that you can feel less overwhelmed and more connected and ready. My approach to birth is holistic and body-centered. I help families build confidence by connecting with their intuition, understanding their options, and learning somatic tools for navigating birth and preparing to become parents.
