Hi, I’m Kennedy Key — a postpartum doula with a passion for walking alongside families as they adjust to life with their new baby. I currently work in the OB/GYN department at Vanderbilt, where I get to support women and families through some of their most meaningful moments. I’m also in nursing school, working toward my Master of Science in Nursing, which allows me to combine my education with hands-on experience to provide evidence-based, compassionate care. My goal is to make sure every parent I work with feels supported, informed, and confident during the postpartum period — because you deserve to be cared for just as much as your little one.

Night Nanny packages and pricing

Nesting Days Package

For daytime support, recovery, and hands-on newborn care.
What’s included:
2 daytime visits per week – 6 hours each, scheduled on my off-days
Newborn care: feeding guidance, soothing, swaddling, bathing
Light household help: laundry, dishes, simple meal prep for mom
Emotional support & reassurance for new parents
Phone/text support between visits for questions or concerns

$40 USD · Per hour

Sweet Dreams Package

For peaceful nights and well-rested parents.
What’s included:
2 overnight shifts per week – 8 hours each (9 PM–5 AM or 10 PM–6 AM)
All nighttime feedings, diaper changes, and soothing
Safe sleep practices & detailed overnight care log for parents
Gentle newborn sleep guidance to encourage healthy routines

$50 USD · Per hour

What to expect

Bringing a new baby home is a joyful yet challenging transition, and my goal as your postpartum doula is to make that time smoother, calmer, and more supported. I provide hands-on help and emotional guidance during those first weeks and months, whether it’s assisting with newborn care, helping you establish feeding routines, or giving you the time and space to rest and recover. I’m here to answer questions, offer evidence-based information, and help with light household tasks so you can focus on bonding with your baby and taking care of yourself. Every family’s needs are unique, so I tailor my care to fit your lifestyle and parenting style.
