My work focuses on helping families transition smoothly into life with a new baby by offering expert, hands-on care for newborns along with practical and emotional support for parents during the early weeks and months after birth. My services include overnight newborn care (night nanny support), assisting with feeding schedules including bottle feeding and breastfeeding support guidance, diapering, soothing techniques, sleep conditioning foundations, and establishing healthy newborn routines. I also provide daytime postpartum doula support, which includes newborn care education, parent rest support, light household tasks related to the baby (such as bottle prep and nursery organization), and emotional reassurance during the postpartum recovery period. My goal is to create a calm, supported environment where parents can rest and recover while gaining confidence in caring for their baby. I specialize in newborn-focused care, overnight support to maximize parental sleep, and evidence-based guidance that helps families build sustainable routines during the fourth trimester and beyond.
