About me

Hi! I'm Kimberly, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who specializes in maternal mental health, anxiety, trauma, and grief/loss. I am certified in perinatal mental health and EMDR. I love to help women navigate through pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood and life in general. If you're a new mama, a veteran mama, a mama who has experienced loss, or someone who just wants support along this journey, I'm here to help. When women come in experiencing anxious thoughts, fast thinking that's hard to get under control, heart racing, and discomfort throughout the body, I like to work from two angles- one is making sure we have coping skills in the moment to use in times of discomfort, but more importantly (in my opinion) I like to support clients to do the deeper work of figuring out where this stems from. When we do the healing work from this deeper place, that creates lasting change- less anxiety, less intensity, less difficulty. More understanding, more compassion, more grace and ease.
