About me

I bring warm, calm, practical and highly individualized care that honors your parenting style, your baby’s temperament and your family’s unique needs. Some parents want to stay closely involved throughout the night, while others want to hand me the baby and wake up rested. I am genuinely comfortable with both. During our time together, I provide comprehensive support with newborn care, soothing, diapering, feeding, bottle and pump-part care, baby laundry, nursery restocking and ongoing guidance. Postpartum recovery matters just as much as newborn care, and I want parents to feel fed, hydrated, rested and well cared for while their baby is in capable hands. I have extensive experience supporting breastfeeding, pumping, formula feeding and combination feeding, as well as specialty feeding needs including SNS and Haberman systems. My background as a Compassionate Baby Sleep Coach is naturally woven into my care through normal newborn sleep education, cue recognition, gentle sleep shaping and age-appropriate routines.
