I really want to try to avoid an epidural this time because It made part of my thigh be asleep for several months after. It didnt impact my functionality but it demonstrated to me the risks. Also my baby's birth weight dropped and we had to do formula right away which I know could be from the fluid. But I have to have a plan. Like a breathing plan. I will be giving birth at united memorial hospital. I have no idea what types of services we could afford. Perhaps a 1:2 intensive breathing and mindset class before.
