About me

I’m Kirstin, a newborn care provider and early childhood support specialist focused on helping families create calm, consistent routines from the newborn stage into toddlerhood. I specialize in overnight care, gentle sleep support, and feeding, while also guiding families in building sustainable daytime routines that support both baby and parent. My approach is responsive and structured. I follow each baby’s cues while gradually introducing rhythm and predictability that promotes better sleep, smoother transitions, and overall development. What does overnight care include?

Overnight care includes feeding (bottle or support with breastfeeding routines), diaper changes, soothing, and monitoring your baby throughout the night. I also support gentle sleep shaping to help your baby begin developing healthy sleep patterns.

Do you stay awake all night?

I remain attentive to your baby’s needs throughout the night. During longer sleep stretches, I rest lightly so I can respond promptly and safely when your baby wakes.

What is your approach to sleep training?

I use a gentle, responsive approach. I do not use harsh or distress-based methods. Instead, I focus on reading your baby’s cues, creating a calm environment, and gradually building healthy sleep habits.

Can you help beyond the newborn stage?

Yes. I support families into the infant and toddler stages with nap transitions, daily routines, and early development guidance. My goal is to create structure that grows with your child.

Do you offer daytime support?

Yes. Daytime sessions focus on routines, naps, feeding flow, and age-appropriate developmental activities, while also supporting parents in creating a manageable daily rhythm.

Do you offer support for returning to work?

Yes. I offer a Back-to-Work Transition Package that helps align your baby’s schedule with your workday, establish feeding routines, and create smooth morning and evening transitions.

What is the Womb + Herbal Bath Experience?

This is a guided, restorative experience designed to support relaxation, postpartum recovery, and overall well-being using carefully selected herbal blends. It focuses on calming the body and nervous system while creating intentional time for self-care.
