I am 3 months pregnant and I would like a doula to help support me through pre labor, during labor, and after labor. I want someone to help stand up for my needs during birth and after. I plan to give birth In Lafayette Indiana. I want to try and stay home once my water breaks till as long as possible and to try not to have an epidural if I can stand the pain. I want to try and give birth in a position other than my back. I would like to do delayed cord clamping till the cord turns white and not pulsating. I want someone to help stand up to the hospital staff for my needs and also my family with my needs.

Hi I’m reaching out because my over the phone OB said you are a doula that my Medicade will sponsor? I’m just trying to see if this is accurate. I’m wanting emotional and physical support before, during and after baby is born. This is my first child and would like another advocate that will help me through the process and will stand on business with these nurses. I've always wanted to have my babies naturally with little to no pain medication, IV or laughing gas would be as far as I would go. I do not want to labor or give birth in a hospital unless I have no other choice, if things take a turn I have a doctor at Mercy hospital. Our estimated budget would probably be 1.5k-2.k overall. We're a young couple starting out in a new town, we're starting to get back on our feet and we were not expecting to have a little one so soon. I want a water birth with low lighting, calming music and an aroma im familiar with, one doula and at least one to two midwives, my husband will be there and as for extras that is yet to be decided. I would also like either a foam mat low to the ground or a bed to get on if we need a change from the pool/tub. Yoga balls and all the fixings. Basically whatever I need to have a safe, smooth and calm birth, that'll be cheaper and less stressful than a hospital stay. Thank you!

Hi! We are in Orefield Pa (near Fogelsville). We are due May 24th with our 3rd baby. We have a 4 and 2 year old boy. We are looking for what I suppose is called a “sibling doula” that could provide care for our boys on an on-call basis when my wife goes into labor. We have family coming up from Maryland to watch them but it will of course take some time between when my wife goes to the hospital to when they can arrive. Is this a service you can provide?
