Planning to give birth at a hospital in Knoxville Tennessee. I’m a first time mom [personal details hidden]. I would love to have an unmedicated birth I have done some self research and started practicing breathing and positioning however [personal details hidden] please help me accomplish this. my budget is around 1500$ at the max. Struggling to find employment after working for a company for 6 years then being treated unfairly for not being able to work more than 40 hrs a week.

Hello! I’m hoping to connect with a doula as I prepare for a future pregnancy and birth. This will be my second child, and one of my biggest goals is to have a different, more positive and fulfilling experience than I had with my first. I am not currently pregnant, but I am hoping to become pregnant sometime down the line. I’d love to start building a relationship with a doula now, learn more about the support and services they provide, discuss my preferences, and feel prepared and informed before that time comes.
