We will give birth at Fort Sanders regional Hospital. I plan to have a natural birth and would like an upright or hands and knee position and whatever is easier and will help labor to go smoothly and prevent tearing as much as possible
I would like someone who will stand up and speak for me. I prefer someone African American if possible. I want to give birth on all fours or standing up with the bar, I want to be able to walk around before epidural.i don’t want any students at my birth, I also want to delay cord clamping until it is white and no longer pulsing.
