I’m planning on a home type birth with a budget of around $5000. I want to give birth at a birth center but still out of hospital and similar to the home birth experience. I have blue cross blue shield of Tennessee
I plan to have a water birth at home. I am in the military in Virginia right now but I am separating for pregnancy on April 29th and we are moving back to Tennessee on may 15. Before separation from the Air Force I need to find a midwife so that my OB in Virginia can send my records over and I can have a smooth transition over while moving. I am low risk and plan to do everything as natural as possible. I am 20 years old married to my high-school sweetheart and this is our first baby! I don’t know what the budget is yet because I am unsure of the costs of a and it is my first birth and this is the first place I am looking.
