About me

Hi, I’m a certified Birth & Postpartum Doula based in San Diego, California, primarily supporting families throughout North County. As a mother of four girls myself, I understand firsthand how meaningful, and sometimes overwhelming the transition into parenthood can be. I’m passionate about providing compassionate and reliable support to families during the postpartum period. I have experience caring for both singleton and multiple babies, as well as infants with specialized medical needs, including G-tube feeding. I’m certified in Adult and Infant First Aid and CPR, and I’m a non-smoker. My goal is to help families feel confident, supported, and cared for as they adjust to life with their new baby.

Kristy has been such a gift to our family since 2022. She has walked alongside us through so many seasons, from those tender first days of bringing home a brand new baby to toddlerhood and everything in between. She has a beautiful way of stepping in and noticing the needs you don’t even realize you have. She has helped me feel less alone, offered an extra set of hands when I needed them most, and has always cared for our family with so much thoughtfulness and heart. She is truly the person I know I can call when I need someone I trust with childcare. I’ve also had the privilege of seeing the care she has given to other families, and the gratitude they have for her speaks volumes. Kristy doesn’t simply help care for children, she cares for the whole family during seasons when an extra set of loving hands can mean everything. We are incredibly grateful for Kristy and the care, consistency, and kindness she has brought into our lives. Any family would be so fortunate to have her. 🤍
