I help people who want to reignite the spark in their relationship but fear a bomb may go off instead because they have no idea where to even begin to fix the issues in their relationship. I guide couples to build stronger relationships so that they can create and live the life they envisioned from day one with their partner.

I specialize in overnight care for new families. I become a member of the family I work with and am committed to being a part of your team. I am warm, personable, and develop a sense of mutual respect with my clients. As a doula and newborn care specialist I am akin to a walking, talking baby book that is forever being updated on current trends and safety standards.

Meri is a doula extraordinaire. We slept so peacefully knowing our baby was well taken care of, loved and carefully watched all night. Meri is meticulous, communicative, thoughtful and a wealth of knowledge, especially for us first-time parents. Meri became part of our family during her weeks with us and we couldn't have survived that fragile postpartum time without her. Not only would we wake up to all the baby tasks done (perfectly), but she was a strong support system for all the postpartum changes for me as a mother. Hiring Meri was beneficial to our baby, our sleep, our marriage, my mental health and so many other aspects of our life. We already miss her dearly and highly recommend her to anyone looking for this type of care.

I became a doula because I am passionate about creating positive and nurturing labor experiences for all. I want to make you feel empowered to follow your natural instincts throughout labor so you have a deep sense of pride and accomplishment when you are holding your newborn. I will support any choice you make about how you wish to labor. I believe that true empowerment is about your ability to choose what is right for your body.

I am a certified Postpartum Doula serving Seattle and the surrounding areas. In a world of social media, “parenting experts” are everywhere - the information overload can be so overwhelming and paralyzing, especially as first time parents… enter Zoe. The hardest thing to embrace as a first time mum was knowing how much you don’t know, so having support, both hands on and virtually, from a postpartum doula made all the difference. Zoe’s knowledge in childcare and child development, as well as postpartum care (with a genuine emphasis on CARE) has made all the difference in our first three months as parents. Any new parents know it’s easy to feel like you’re blundering through, and just trying to survive. Zoe’s demeanor is that of, “you are the parents, you are experts in YOUR child,” as she guides us with her own expertise. She has not only helped to educate, but has given us the tools and encouragement to implement new practices for ourselves. From answers about baby sleep - both naps and nighttime, routines and schedules, lactation support, to the ever important parental care (self care IS caring for your baby, thanks for the reminder, Zoe), developmental milestones, and even playtime (how do you play with a baby? Zoe knows). She has been a delight to work with, her communication is excellent, and in a time that can be frightening and isolating, Zoe has ensured that post partum is not something we ever felt “alone” in. After working with Zoe, it is impossible to think of how different our experience would have been without her, and we are so grateful for the opportunity to have worked with her, and will hopefully get to work with her again for future children

Hi, I’m Elena (she/her), a certified postpartum doula! I grew up bilingual, speaking German and Italian, and developed a deep love for connection through language. Becoming a mom changed everything for me, and it revealed just how crucial support is in those early days of parenting. It inspired me to follow my true calling: nurturing new parents and helping them build a strong foundation for this incredible chapter of their lives. My approach is deeply influenced by the German tradition of Wochenbett, which emphasizes rest, recovery, and bonding in the weeks after childbirth. I strive to create a nurturing space with personalized care that fosters connection, ease, and confidence as families grow into their new roles. I bring warmth, empathy, and a calming presence to every family I support, honoring the unique needs of each household. It’s a profound honor to walk alongside parents during one of the most tender times of their lives. When I’m not supporting families, you’ll find me exploring new places with my husband and son, practicing yoga, or simply soaking in the beauty around us.

Kalen was invaluable after the birth of our premature twins. We hired her for 6 months of daytime support. She was punctual, dependable, knowledgable, and clearly passionate about babies. She gave us much needed relief and showed us how to help out little ones sleep through the night! Thank you so much, Kalen!

I’m a mom to two beautiful girls, a passionate birth doula, and someone who loves showing up for families during one of the most incredible — and life-changing — journeys there is. Years ago, I walked away from a decade-long career as a lawyer and followed my heart straight into birth work. Supporting women through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum feels like home to me — it’s where I come alive. Caring for others has always been second nature, but there’s just something about standing beside a family as they meet their baby that fills me up in a way nothing else does. My approach is simple — warm, personal, and rooted in trust. I believe every woman deserves to feel safe, supported, and truly seen as she steps into her power. Birth is raw, real, and different every time — sometimes full of joy and laughter, sometimes messy, emotional, and intense. I’m here for all of it — holding space, offering steady support, and reminding you that you are never in it alone. There’s no script, no one-size-fits-all here. I show up ready to meet you where you are — tuning in, listening, and walking beside you every step of the way. My goal is to make you feel held, informed, and confident, so you can look back on your birth story with pride. When I’m not supporting families, you’ll usually find me soaking up time with my girls — whether that’s cooking up something delicious, getting outside, or cheering way too loudly at the rink for my hockey-playing daughter (my proudest role might just be hockey mom!). Nature is my reset button, and the sauna-my happy place to unwind, reflect, and breathe. I’m also fluent in Russian and feel incredibly honored to support Russian-speaking families here in the Greater Seattle area — though truly, my heart is wide open to families from every background and walk of life. If you’re looking for a doula who’s warm, grounded, and 100% in your corner, I’d love to connect. You deserve support that feels like a soft place to land — and I’d be honored to be that for you.

Hello, my name is Sharlene, a postpartum doula and a naturopathic medical student with a deep passion for supporting new families. My journey into birth work began when I was a senior in high school who had the opportunity to do my rotations at a hospital in Texas. Little did I know at that time that it was passion that had been born from that experience— it planted the seed for my future. Moving to Washington to study at Bastyr was a leap towards making my dreams a reality. Becoming a doula was another beautiful discovery, introduced to me by a professor who not only taught me, but also helped me heal in ways I never expected. Now, as a postpartum doula, I am honored to walk alongside new parents, providing the care, support, and reassurance they need during such a transformative time. I can’t wait to continue growing in this field and, one day, serve my community as a midwife and a prenatal ND, providing holistic care throughout pregnancy, birth, and beyond.

I was born and raised in Albuquerque, NM. After obtaining a BFA in Modern Dance from the University of Utah, I was able to tour as a professional dancer for many years. Upon "retiring" from dance, I returned to graduate school and obtained my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Washington. My passion has always been to understand the inner mechanics of the body. I am a certified Level 5 Romana's Pilates Instructor as well as a MELT (Myofascial Energetic Lengthening Technique) Level 1 practitioner. Through my dance, pilates, and myofascial training, I used pelvic floor strengthening components for many years, but felt l needed to further my knowledge. Following PT school, I underwent extensive training in pelvic floor physical therapy and the treatment of women's health issues. I believe in looking at the body as an entire system rather than piecemeal parts in order to treat the whole person.
