I will be giving birth in surrey bc. Budget is $10,000. I will be having. C section therefore I need the support. I don’t have much family to help.
I’m looking for help at night with my newborn twins as I had to deliver vaginal and c section. Recovery is really hard right now as my husband is trying to help but he needs to get some rest too as he runs his own plumbing business. My mother is here helping for the next 3 weeks as we also have a 3 1/2 year old daughter but I don’t want to stretch her too thin as she’s already helping with my toddler, cleaning, cooking etc. so my biggest thing is Night nanny helping with Feeds Changing Putting them to sleep So that my husband and I can get a little bit of rest. I am unsure of a budget since I’ve never done this before with my first but I would love someone who has at least 3-5 years experience in the night nurse shift specifically. Thank you so much
7 month old twins have stopped sleeping well. Hoping to restore sleep and sanity ASAP. Schedule would be from 11:30 pm to 4:30 am 3-4 nights per week. Slight flexibility in hours if needed but would like the core 12-4 hours at minimum. Highest priority help on Sunday-Monday and Thursday-Friday nights with some flexibility on the last one to two days of the week. Unknown duration but likely 4-6 weeks. Budget is $42/hour before taxes. We use Poppins Payroll for our system. They are currently awake every hour between the two of them so this would likely require someone willing to be awake their whole shift.
feeding and caring for baby boy between the hours of 10 pm and 6 am. no cleaning duties beyond changing diapers as required, cleaning bottles. we are a christian household and would love a christian caregiver, though not necesssary.
Hello, The idea of an overnight nanny was mentioned by one of my friends. This concept is new to us, and I'm not sure if we have the budget for it. We are in the Victoria area of BC. I think we would be interested in having an overnight nanny once or twice a week. Duties would be to look at our infant as needed, and take care of the night time feeds/changes. Ultimately, to allow myself and my husband to get a full sleep overnight. I would be pumping and have bottles available. We haven't discussed a budget as we're not quite sure what this service would cost. Our infant would be a newborn; I believe we would want to start this service around the 2-3week old mark.
