I plan to give birth at a hospital. I’d like to do so with little to no medication and explore delivery positioning options. I am enrolled in Healthy Blue LA, so I am looking for a doula who is accepted by them.

I plan on birthing at woman’s hospital. I want to try and go without epidural the longest I possibly can but I do eventually want to get the epidural due to the fear of possibly tearing and feeling the stitching up part.
