I recently delivered my baby and I’m looking for a postpartum doula who can come to my home and provide Ayurvedic postpartum massage and recovery support. My body is quite sore after delivery, and I’m hoping to find someone experienced in traditional Ayurvedic postpartum care (such as Abhyanga oil massage, gentle bodywork, and recovery practices). Ideally, I would like someone who can visit my home a few times a week during the early postpartum period to help with massage and recovery guidance. Experience with Ayurvedic or Indian-style postpartum care would be preferred. My budget is around $40–$60 per hour, but I’m open to discussing options depending on the services offered.

Experienced professional who can assist with and teach first-time parents daily tasks for newborn care including, but not limited to, lactation, breastfeeding, pumping, diaper and hygiene care, etc. Compensation can be flexible depending on experience and hours.

I plan to give birth in the hospital! Hoping to have some help postpartum after my mom returns home and husband is back at work. I have a two-year old as well! Primarily would love some help with him and light housework/meal prep.

Hi there, I'm just trying to find an in-person doula in my covered insurance network with AZ BCBS PPO. I'm having a water birth in-center at the Tempe Birth Center in Tempe, Arizona 85281. This is my first pregnancy and I don't have any local family or any family able to support during the birth (permanently disabled/wheelchaired mother) so hoping to get any kind of guidance or support that I can find with a doula!

I am terrified. Baby actual due date is May 15 but doctor does not want me going full 40 weeks due to being high risk. I am 37 years old and had severe preeclampsia with my last pregnancy. We had not much help at all from family since both my husband’s mother and my mother have passed. My aunt was able to help for a week but she lives in Cabo and wasn’t here at night. Husband won’t be able to take work off this time. So I’m expected to do this solo and it’s overwhelming. He’s more anxious than me! And my only support during birth. So I’m looking for someone that can help me through the C-section and after through that 4th trimester. I’m blessed to have insurance. I had no idea insurance could help with this last time or we would have done it! Im excited to think that I could actually get some help and it’s giving me hope. Thank you.
