All natural and as quick as possible lol This is my 4th baby, I barely have time to go to kaiser's prenatal appts, am I allowed to use my 2 prenatal appts as stretching/ massage in my 3rd trimester? A birth doula to help me advocate for a natural birth, I had 2 positive births at kaiser, at my last my 3 year old daughter wanted to see and witnessed her little sister be born. I did have my placenta encapsulated last time and thought it made a huge difference! Is that covered by medi cal? Or an extra fee? I think I want to use those other 8 appts as postnatal appts! Im still breastfeeding my 1 year old and plan to breastfeed throughout the pregnancy, then tandem feed, I'm pretty confident in that area but am constantly doing stuff for everyone else, I'd love a massage or someone to cook dinner and clean the kitchen, maybe help with the older kids bedtime routine if the baby isn't on the same schedule, or help making breakfast and packing up lunch one morning so the rest of the day feels easier, it's going to be the middle of summer! I need to find a specific match for a doula that is covered by my current AHCCCS United Community Healthcare Plan. I have very specific birth plan needs that require avoiding many if not all of modern hospital interventions. I will be attempting a VBAC at the TMC hospital and will be having a physiological unmedicated vaginal birth without induction or a repeated c section. My anatomy ultrasound results came back perfect and all risks of uterine rupture or other things were ruled out by MFM and OB providers. I was told I am considered a good candidate for a natural birth. I am otherwise a healthy 36 year old female with no previous complications. I am needing an experienced and assertive doula to stand for my birthing plan at the hospital during my entire labor and birthing process. I request no medical intervention for myself or my child, including delayed cord cutting and retaining of my placenta. No shots administered to my baby unless medically necessary. I’m pregnant with didi twins. I had two beautiful and empowering unmediated births at a birth center with midwives with my singleton babies, but will have to give birth at the hospital for the first time for this pregnancy. I’d love to find a doula that has experience with twin pregnancy/birth and someone who can help me advocate for a minimal intervention birth (if everything continues as normal and healthy) as much as possible.

I am looking for a doula who can help with sleep training (even with day time naps) because my baby hates sleeping on his back. We also don’t know if there’s a reflux issue so any help with lactation consulting to make sure latch is correct would be really help. I am looking for someone covered by Kaiser

We are looking for an experienced doula (more than 3 years) who is familiar with VBACs and mothers over 40. We are looking for someone with a calm presence, that includes massage in their birthing support and is able to travel to Napa for postpartum support (lactation, meal prep if needed, newborn support). We have Kaiser which covers birth support and up to 13 hours of prenatal and postpartum support.
