I’m someone who likes to be prepared, informed, and calm — especially during important life events. I value warmth, reassurance, and clear communication. While I try to stay strong and composed, I can sometimes feel anxious when things feel uncertain. In those moments, I appreciate gentle grounding, positive affirmation, and someone who can help me slow down and breathe. This pregnancy is very special to me. I’ve been looking forward to motherhood with excitement, but also with a natural mix of nervousness about labor and delivery. My goal is to have a positive, empowering birth experience where I feel supported, heard, and safe.

I am currently pregnant and looking for support as I prepare for the birth of my baby and the postpartum period. I am still exploring my birth preferences and would like guidance from an experienced provider. I plan to give birth in a hospital unless my plans change. I am interested in postpartum support, newborn care education, breastfeeding support, emotional support, and help adjusting to life with a new baby. I am looking for someone who is experienced, compassionate, nonjudgmental, and knowledgeable about infant care and postpartum recovery. Experience with first-time mothers, breastfeeding, and family adjustment is preferred.

I plan to give birth in a hospital but I would like to hire a doula to educate my husband and me on the birthing process as well as be there to support us the day of birth. I do not know my birth plan yet but would to work with a doula to help me decide what is best

I am giving birth at a hospital and would like to have a natural birth without an epidural if possible. I want to have the freedom to move around and walk, stretch, shower to distract my mind versus being stuck to the bed after a shot. I’m hoping for someone warm, calming, and nonjudgmental who can support both me and my partner through labor, recovery, breastfeeding, and postpartum mental health. I’m especially interested in postpartum support that helps me feel grounded, safe, and cared for after birth. I have Kaiser and would prefer someone in-network.
