About Laura

Motherhood Holistic is an Occupational Therapy (OT) practice specializing in maternal health and infant well-being. We are passionate about supporting and empowering mamas from conception through postpartum and beyond. We believe mamas not only should, but need to feel connected and supported. It’s vital for mama to feel seen and have her experiences validated. Having access to accurate information is necessary. All of these components together, promote the health and wellness of mama and their littlest loves - which is what we are here for.

We support mamas and families from conception through postpartum and beyond to feel their best mentally, emotionally, and physically to be able to optimally participate in their meaningful daily activities… all the while feeling confident and empowered. Virtual and in-person services available.
