Hi! I'm Laura. I am a Labor and Postpartum/Infant Care Doula. I'm also a CrossFit Coach and Nutrition Coach. I love helping people determine their goals (for fitness, nutrition or a birth plan) and then supporting them and working together to accomplish that plan. For my labor and postpartum clients I love offering emotional, physical and educational support each and every step of the way.
Birth & Postpartum Doula services
I offer Labor Doula services that include 2 pre-natal meetings, hands-on support during labor and delivery and 1 postpartum meeting. I can answer questions and help you determine your birth plan and offer support every step of the way. As a Postpartum Doula, I can offer in-home services to support the mother and baby as they are adjusting to new life. I can provide day-time hours or over-night support.
