Lauren is a Certified Postpartum & Infant Care Doula & New Parent Consultant. She has been helping parents for 20+ years as a nanny, children's boutiqe owner & surrogate mother. She has two amazing children, ages 11 & 7 and her passion into birth work grows stronger with each pregnancy & postpartum experience. She believes a skilled advocate during labor and 4th trimester support is fundamental for new parents.

We help you care for baby and siblings, relieve you when you need some rest, provide assistance around the house, offer physical and emotional support, and so much more when you need it most.
