About Lexi

Hi! I’m Lexi; mom of two, dog mom, wife to my high school sweetheart and hero, former zookeeper and Certified Infant and Child Sleep Consultant. I founded Little Bird Sleep Consulting in early 2019. While I am San Diego based, I work with families virtually, worldwide! I also have additional training in Lactation management and SIDS prevention. I look forward to hearing from you!

2 Week Sleep Package

What’s Included: An evaluation of your child’s current sleep habits. [parent is to fill out a client intake form so I can get a better understanding of your child’s current sleep habits, your parenting style and goals.] A phone consultation to review and discuss your intake form. You will receive a detailed, personalized custom sleep plan covering all aspects of your child’s sleep, 2 business days after the consultation. A google sleep log that you can input from your phone, tablet or computer. Depending on the package you choose (1, 2 or 3 week) you will receive 1, 2 or 3 weeks of email and sleep log support and 1-3, 15 minute phone calls (to be scheduled with me 24 hours ahead of time if you choose to utilize this service). You will also receive 1-3 additional days of email follow up support to be used within 6 months of our time together. Together, we will work on improving your child’s sleep!

3 Week Package

Lexi is absolutely amazing !! If you are on the fence about hiring her, I promise you, you won’t regret it. There is truly a method for everyone depending on your comfort level. My little one went through a lot of poking and prodding when he was very little so I couldn’t handle him crying very much. I communicated my concerns with Lexi and she put a plan in place that fit what I was comfortable with. Prior to sleep training our little guy would only take contact naps. He literally would wake up and scream the second we put him down. We were confined to a chair for every single nap. After working with Lexi I can proudly say our little guy can fall asleep on his own, he doesn’t cry when we put him down. He goes to sleep right away and gets good solid naps in that are restorative. Lexi has been such a God sent. My husband and I couldn’t thank her enough. To all those mommas wondering if this is worth spending the money on, it’s 100% life changing.
