My name is Lidya aka Lili. I have 4 adult children and a 14 month old grand-daughter whom I had the honor of being her mamas Doula. My personal birthing experiences were in a hospital setting, birthing center and last but not least a home birth. Every birth experience is unique, wonderful and a blessing. I bring 23 years of pain-relief massage experience directly into the birthing room. As a Licensed Massage Therapist and Doula-in-training, I offer a unique blend of prenatal bodywork and compassionate labor support to help you feel comfortable, safe, and empowered."

What to expect

I offer prenatal massage to alleviate joint pain and low back pain. During labor, sacral pressure and hip squeezes relieve pain during active contractions. Postpartum massage is gentle and restorative to ease physical strain of lifting and nursing alongside non-medical and newborn-care support.
