Mother's Helper was established in 1988 by Lin Cook to help new mothers with the myriad of questions commonly asked about caring for a new baby. Mother's Helper first offered postpartum doula in-home care for new mothers and then later added Bradley Childbirth and Infant Massage classes. Lin also performs labor doula services and lactation consultations. The focus of Mother's Helper is to assist and educate pregnant women and new mothers in a variety of formats.
