I have over 10 years of experience working as an Occupational Therapist. I believe in a strength based approach and meeting a child or family where they're at in their journey to independence and well being. Each individual is unique and each situation has its own challenges, so providing individualized care and addressing the root cause of the challenge are at the core of my interventions. I provide traditional OT services, consultative, and, coaching services to guide families in developing practical solutions for their unique challenges. An OT consult or coaching is a great service when you need strategies to problem solve through occasional concerns or how to set up and/or adapt the home environment to promote independence, engagement, and meet the child’s sensory needs.

Hi, I’m Suzanne. I’m an occupational therapist dedicated to supporting women in the motherhood journey. I work with women through individual sessions and support groups, focusing on the physical and mental shifts necessary for women during their transition to motherhood. In addition to my experience as a mother, I’ve personally struggled with infertility, a high-risk pregnancy, and a traumatic birth experience. Not all pregnancies and births live up to our expectations, and unfortunately women aren’t always comfortable expressing themselves when they don't. In addition to supporting your physical recovery, I hope to serve as a guide to help navigate the complicated emotions that often arise during this journey.

After struggling with severe pain during breastfeeding and hearing that discomfort was normal and to keep pushing through, I was beyond grateful when Stephanie came to my rescue. First off, Stephanie knows her stuff! She is so knowledge and passionate about sharing all she can to help with lactation. Stephanie was able to tweak my techniques, give me pointers, and boom, no more pain! With no judgement, and a kind attitude, Stephanie made it easy for me to relax and trust the process. Breastfeeding is NOT suppose to hurt! Who knew! If you're having any sort of issues with feeding or lactation, call Stephanie! Your welcome!
