Need to know about contractions and how do I know if I’m in labor

I don’t want a natural birth but I want help when it comes to what I want because nurses can be rude and I don’t feel like I should be arguing with any while trying to give birth ….i also want to learn about breast feeding and I might need some post partum care Hospital Not sure about the budget I want to try to go as long as I can with out the epidural but I do want it and I want my own placenta to get made into pills I want a C-section be to last option if it came down to it

I am located in Desoto parish Louisiana. I am very newly pregnant (estimated 4.5 weeks), this is my first child, I am leaning towards a home birth or a birth at a birthing center, I’m not sure what my budget is because I’ve never looked into these services, my birth plan is to be completely 100% natural. Probably a water birth if possible.
