I want to find a midwife or doula that can help me with giving birth and the aftercare, someone who knows how to take care of their patients and knows how to do water births. Budget wise, anyone that takes blue cross blue shield insurance.

I need a postpartum doula so that I can sleep and recover during the day while my husband is working. There is no available family who is able to support. I am also interested in a night nanny for a few sessions.

My goal is to have as natural of a labor and delivery as possible, using breathing techniques, movement, and positioning to manage pain. Medical interventions would be my last resort, but I understand they may be necessary if there are safety concerns for me or my baby.
