I’m a mommy, a doula, and a human services graduate with a deep passion for supporting families through every stage of their birth journey. My role is to empower you during some of the most intimate, vulnerable, and transformative moments of your life — from pregnancy and birth to the postpartum experience.

Service introduction

Before birth: I offer emotional, and informational support while creating a birth plan, practice comfort measures, as well as talk about birthing rights. During Birth: I offer the same services before birth, but now with your support team that may be in the delivery room. I’ll be assisting, advocating, and making sure you are heard and your needs are met. After birth: We’ll use this time to to reflect on your birth and have a smooth transition into parenthood. I can support you in emotional support as well as postpartum support. Any questions or concerns throughout your birthing journey, I am here for you and yours!
