Hi, I'm Loreal. Let me introduce you to my whole self. The real me, because you deserve to know exactly who will be standing by your side - Not just my credentials. Not just my services. I'm a birth and postpartum Doula, yes, but more than that, I'm someone who genuinely cares about what happens to you long after the birth story is written. I show up soft when you need soft, and steady when everything feels like it's spinning. I'm a mom. I've lived inside the beautiful, messy, chaos of new parenthood. That means when you look at me across the room at 3AM, I'm not just trained but someone who truly gets it. My energy is warm. Maybe even familiar. Like the trusted auntie who shows up with food, no judgment, and just enough wisdom to help you breathe again. I don't come in to take over. I come in to hold you up. I believe in presence over performance. Asking what you actually need instead of assuming. Making sure that you feel seen, supported, and never, ever alone in one of the most life-changing seasons of your life.

That includes young moms, BIPOC families, solo parents, and first timers figuring it all out without a road map. My support is practical, culturally rooted, and completely judgement free.
