Need a night doula or nanny to provide respite for my husband and I, one to two nights per week since our 3 month is waking up quite frequently overnight. We would also be interested in sleep training advice as well. Estimated budget $30-50 dollars per hour.

All natural and as quick as possible lol This is my 4th baby, I barely have time to go to kaiser's prenatal appts, am I allowed to use my 2 prenatal appts as stretching/ massage in my 3rd trimester? A birth doula to help me advocate for a natural birth, I had 2 positive births at kaiser, at my last my 3 year old daughter wanted to see and witnessed her little sister be born. I did have my placenta encapsulated last time and thought it made a huge difference! Is that covered by medi cal? Or an extra fee? I think I want to use those other 8 appts as postnatal appts! Im still breastfeeding my 1 year old and plan to breastfeed throughout the pregnancy, then tandem feed, I'm pretty confident in that area but am constantly doing stuff for everyone else, I'd love a massage or someone to cook dinner and clean the kitchen, maybe help with the older kids bedtime routine if the baby isn't on the same schedule, or help making breakfast and packing up lunch one morning so the rest of the day feels easier, it's going to be the middle of summer! Hi there, I'm just trying to find an in-person doula in my covered insurance network with AZ BCBS PPO. I'm having a water birth in-center at the Tempe Birth Center in Tempe, Arizona 85281. This is my first pregnancy and I don't have any local family or any family able to support during the birth (permanently disabled/wheelchaired mother) so hoping to get any kind of guidance or support that I can find with a doula!

I am terrified. Baby actual due date is May 15 but doctor does not want me going full 40 weeks due to being high risk. I am 37 years old and had severe preeclampsia with my last pregnancy. We had not much help at all from family since both my husband’s mother and my mother have passed. My aunt was able to help for a week but she lives in Cabo and wasn’t here at night. Husband won’t be able to take work off this time. So I’m expected to do this solo and it’s overwhelming. He’s more anxious than me! And my only support during birth. So I’m looking for someone that can help me through the C-section and after through that 4th trimester. I’m blessed to have insurance.
